Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an AR accountant in Singapore with 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing MNC environment. The role focuses on sales/revenue matters and credit management, requiring sharp analytical skills, SAP/MicroStrategy experience, and strong communication abilities.

You will handle monthly reconciliations, credit checks, collections, and reporting, collaborating with multiple functions to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accountancy, CA preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing MNC.
• Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proceed monthly reconciliation (IC and third party).
• Check unbilled CN, goods return, blocked invoice, GIT, customer claims.
• Compute and book IC royalty and commissions.
• Manage accruals and posting for rebates and core list expenses.
• Review rebates, commissions and core-list variances with comments.
• Ensure rebates and commission payments align with agreements.
• Check and release credit blocks at order and delivery level.
• Customer master data creation and maintenance.
• Review credit limits for new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage payment collections and prepare bad debt provisions.
• Prepare DSO dashboard and top overdue aging reports.
• Provide updates on collections with forward aging.
• Process refunds for exceptional cases.
• Collaborate with various functions to resolve disputes.
• All other duties as assigned.
