Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Middle Office Operator to set up accounts on the Aladdin platform, support onboarding, and maintain controls across Singapore and Asia-Pacific time zones. The role collaborates with portfolio management, trading, data operations, technology, compliance and risk teams.

The candidate will contribute to process improvements, produce operational information, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail with data quality and operational accuracy.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and middle-office processes.
• Ability to follow established procedures while identifying control improvements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for issue investigation and pragmatic solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication across regional and global teams.

Aufgaben

• Set up and activate accounts, portfolios and products on the Aladdin platform.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of middle-office control processes with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Perform middle-office controls with data integrity across Singapore and APAC time zones.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to improve processes and regional operating model.
• Produce management information on investment operations, service levels, incidents and remediation actions.
• Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements, supporting audits and reviews.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
