Job summary

LG Electronics Singapore is seeking a dynamic HVAC Specification Sales Engineer to support M&E consultants in heat load calculations, Green Mark assessment, HVAC design and equipment selection during the design stage. You will network with Main Contractors to drive project follow-up and sales conversions.

The role emphasizes building relationships with consultants and contractors, delivering technical guidance, and supporting the sales team with pipeline and market insights.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years in HVAC, air-conditioning, building services, or specification sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design and Green Mark requirements is an advantage.
• Experience with M&E consultants, main contractors, or dealers preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary Aircon quotations for projects.
• Contact M&E consultants for follow up from quotation to sales conversion.
• Develop key M&E consultants to priority club.
• Study LG USP to influence project specifications and obtain LG brand specs.
• Cover main contractors to ensure submission of LG brand to projects.
• Assist sales team to chart Green Mark tabulation for projects.
• Conduct NPI for new and existing M&E consultants to ensure LG is prioritized.
• Prepare and submit weekly pipeline and project status reports.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, seminars, trainings to M&E consultants and dealers.
