Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead HVAC projects, coordinate with engineers, sales, and contractors to deliver year-on-year P&L growth. You will apply heat load calculations, energy consumption, sound, airflow, and ESP analyses; manage project schedules, documentation, and compliance; liaise with factory and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant certifications.
• Good understanding of HVAC equipment, system and operation.
• Good knowledge of SAP system application and operation.
• Experience in 2D/3D modeling of HVAC equipment, piping, ducting and chiller plant layout.
• Drafting experience such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks advantageous.
• Managing project P&L to ensure all project balance sheet.
• Provide training and share relevant work experience with peers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with customers and factory.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC project activities and ensure design integrity.
• Coordinate with sales, factory, subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Perform technical calculations (heat load, energy use, sound, airflow).
• Manage project schedule, documents and certifications.
• Monitor revenue, billing and compliance with line manager.
• Attend technical briefings and site support as needed.
