Job summary

GAIN CITY ENGINEERING (M&E) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced air conditioning installation supervisor in Singapore to lead and manage installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. You will supervise electricians and skilled workers, coordinate with main and MEP contractors, monitor progress, and control project budgets.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years in electrical installation, and strong

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical installation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electrical supervisors and skilled workers to ensure quality and safety.
Coordinate with main contractor, MEP contractors and other trades to ensure smooth execution of works.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and workers, ensuring compliance with drawings and codes.
Manage project budget for materials and manpower and monitor expenses.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, and enforce safety protocols.
Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay informed about emerging technologies in air conditioning repair and maintenance.
