Job summary

Elitez & Associates is seeking a skilled engineer to manage HVAC/ACMV construction projects from initiation to handover in Singapore. You will supervise installation works, including ducting, piping, AHU and FCU systems, and review drawings, specifications and technical documents with stakeholders.

The role requires reading M&E/HVAC drawings and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC/ACMV construction experience and ability to coordinate complex projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Able to read M&E/HVAC drawings and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HVAC/ACMV construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise installation works including ducting, piping, AHU and FCU systems.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate testing, commissioning and handover.
• Prepare project reports and relevant documentation.
