Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Interest in building automation, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS); good HVAC and lighting controls knowledge.
• Knowledge of building automation protocols and system integration.
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Willingness to work in construction areas or high-stress environments and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects/sites and provide engineering support to ensure daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Design, planning, testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision of BMS per project plans and contract specs.
• Conduct testing/commissioning for BMS, FAS, and Security Systems; prepare submittals, method statements, compliance docs, OSE report and O&M manuals.
• Provide after-service follow-up and solutions to maintain customers' BMS control and system performance.
