ONZZ Engineering and Trading PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an applications engineer specialized in BMS programming to support HVAC/R projects using Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation. You will develop DDC logic, configure controllers and front-end graphics, and perform on-site commissioning with standard FDS.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, reading mechanical and electrical schematics, and integrating BACnet/Modbus/LON protocols. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

Understanding of HVAC and Energy Management control strategies.
DDC logic design and programming standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving control system issues during commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

Programming Mastery: development and implementation of DDC logic and control programs for HVAC/R applications within the Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation platform.
System Configuration: configure controllers, servers, workstations and field devices per FDS.
Graphics Development: create front-end graphics and UI in EBO for intuitive operation.
Protocol Integration: implement and troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus, and LON.
On-site Testing & Commissioning including I/O checks and system diagnostics.
