Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Project Programming Engineer for HVAC, chillers and BMS systems at our office in Singapore. You will support the project team from validation through implementation, determine material and equipment requirements, submit engineering documents, program devices and graphics per project needs, and assist in commissioning and manuals.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Building Control with 1–2 years of relevant experience, with

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Building Control with 1–2 years' experience.
Exposure to PLC programming, BMS, HVAC, chiller or energy management systems preferred.
Knowledge of IT networking, databases, programming languages, and industrial protocols is an advantage.

Responsibilities

To provide engineering support to the Project team from validation phase to project implementation.
To identify type of material and equipment requirement during validation phase.
To involve in preparation and submission of engineering submittals.
Programming of devices & creating and programming graphics in accordance with the project requirement.
To assist in Test and Commissioning of system equipment.
To assist in preparation and submission of operation and Maintenance Manuals.
To provide Bill of Quantity for the projects. Any other duties as assigned by superior
Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
