Job summary

MIRAGE CUBE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BMS/Controls Commissioning Tech in Singapore to lead testing, wiring, and programming of DDC panels and BMS systems for HVAC/ACMV. You will bridge electrical control hardware with supervisory software to achieve fully integrated and commissioned systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DDC panel work and BMS commissioning, strong experience with BACnet and Modbus, and hands-on skills with meters, signal tools, and network diagnostics.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years hands-on experience in DDC panel troubleshooting and BMS commissioning.
Solid knowledge of BACnet IP/MS/TP and Modbus communications.
Experience with DDC programming environments and BMS front-end management.

Responsibilities

Panel termination, hardware verification, and field device connections in DDC panels.
Configure and tune control logic, sequences of operation for HVAC equipment.
Integrate and validate BMS graphics, alarms, and trends with supervisory platforms.
Site testing, SAT, troubleshooting, and handover documentation preparation.
