Job summary
AUTOMATED LAB PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BMS Project Engineer to manage projects from design through commissioning on site. You will focus on Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) and integrate HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and lighting control systems.
The role is hands-on and site-based, working with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure installation, programming and commissioning meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in construction, BMS, ELV, M&E, automation or smart building projects.
- At least 1 year hands-on BMS/BAS programming, including ACMV control, UI, & dashboard design.
- Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) products and systems.
- Experience with ACMV/HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VAV, pumps, FCUs).
Responsibilities
- Review project specs, tender requirements, drawings, equipment schedules, and BMS points lists.
- Develop BMS system architecture, control philosophy, and integration strategy.
- Design and produce control system schematics from tender documents.
- Prepare wiring and equipment layout drawings to support schematics.
- Brief electricians and contractors on wiring, installation, and coordination requirements.
- Install BMS equipment on site and perform on-site testing, commissioning, and handover.
