Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Interest in building automation, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies.
• Experience with control systems or IT networks; hands-on BMS exposure.
• Knowledge of building automation protocols, programming language, and system integration.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication capabilities.
• Capable of working in construction areas or high-stress environments.
• Willing to work in odd hours (after hours or midnight).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support with overseeing assigned project and contract sites.
• Design, planning, testing, commissioning, and on-site supervision of BMS per project plans.
• Testing and commissioning for BMS, FAS, and Security Systems; prepare submittals, method statements, and OSE/OM docs.
• Provide after-service follow-up and solutions to maintain customers' control or BMS system.
• Review expenditures for small projects and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Update project schedules and prepare management correspondences and documents.
• Act as primary customer contact, build professional relationships, and understand customer needs.
• Communicate and track job schedules for project team members; support timely completion.
• Adjust orders for scope changes on small projects.
