SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager (Project & Contract Logistics) for a 100% hunter role at Beach Road. The role targets new- business growth in Project and Contract Logistics and requires building a pipeline from scratch, securing new customers, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in business-development or sales in freight/logistics sectors.
- Proven hunter with a track record of acquiring new customers.
- Experience in Project Logistics or Contract Logistics advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive new-business growth in Project Logistics or Contract Logistics.
- Build a sales pipeline from scratch through networking and outreach.
- Identify and secure new customers in logistics sectors.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with operations during onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain CRM with sales activities and opportunities.
- Follow up on payments per credit terms.
