Job summary

ValueMax Group Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our customer base and expand our gold and precious metals acquisition network. This hands-on, outbound-focused role suits a self-motivated sales professional who can build relationships from scratch and hit targets.

You will identify prospects, manage a pipeline, conduct outbound calls and visits, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions while upholding compliance and service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in precious metals, commodities, jewellery trade, pawnbroking, or a related industry is a strong advantage.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to build a customer base from scratch.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage a wide range of customers.
• Organised, reliable and able to handle operational responsibilities with care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers including businesses, jewellers, and individuals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new and recurring customers.
• Conduct outbound calls, visits and follow-ups to grow the customer base.
• Build trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Travel to customer sites to collect and deliver precious metals.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, transactions and stock management.
