Job summary

WS Audiology is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position where you will join the global recruitment team supporting end-to-end processes, candidate logistics, and sourcing initiatives. You will contribute to retention and engagement through lifecycle planning and coordination.

You will gain hands-on experience in a MedTech multinational, learn global/regional recruitment dynamics, and develop stakeholder management skills within a large corporate environment, while building direct sourcing

Qualifications

• Undergraduate of any discipline.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of the global talent acquisition team responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes, assist with candidate logistics, and contribute to sourcing and pipelining efforts. Additionally, you'll help with employee lifecycle initiatives, focusing on retention and engagement through planning, execution, and coordination.
