WS Audiology is seeking an experienced product management/marketing professional to join the Global Marketing team in Singapore. You will translate product strategies into launch plans, commercial readiness activities and portfolio initiatives across global markets.

Working with Product Leads, regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive market-facing plans, lifecycle decisions and maintain consistent messaging across brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with hardware and software products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and commercialization processes.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools is advantageous.

Join our Global Marketing team and play a key role in bringing innovative hearing solutions to market. Working alongside Product Leads, regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will help translate product strategies into launch plans, commercial readiness activities and portfolio initiatives that support business growth across global markets.

What you will do

• Support the execution of product roadmap priorities and help translate product strategies into

  market-facing plans and deliverables

• Coordinate product launch readiness activities including launch materials, sales enablement assets, market communications and stakeholder alignment across regions

• Maintain product positioning, feature documentation, portfolio updates and commercial information to ensure consistent messaging across brands and markets

• Perform portfolio performance analysis, competitive benchmarking and market assessments to support product and lifecycle decisions

• Partner with regional teams to consolidate customer insights, launch feedback and market requirements that influence future portfolio development

• Coordinate phase-in, phase-out and portfolio transition activities while supporting product samples, training content and market readiness execution.

What you bring

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, portfolio

  management or a related discipline

• Experience working with hardware and software products

• Good understanding of product lifecycle management, commercialization processes and cross-functional product development environments

• Experience converting market insights, customer feedback and business objectives into actionable recommendations

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or PLM tools is advantageous.
