Job summary

WS Audiology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our global team, contributing to end-to-end recruitment, candidate logistics, and sourcing initiatives in a MedTech environment.

You will also help with employee lifecycle initiatives focused on retention and engagement, working with stakeholders across our global operations to deliver efficient hiring and impactful employer branding efforts.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of the global talent acquisition team responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes, assist with candidate logistics, and contribute to sourcing and pipelining efforts. Additionally, you'll help with employee lifecycle initiatives, focusing on retention and engagement through planning, execution, and coordination.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection
• Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling and communication
• Support sourcing and pipelining efforts to attract top talent
• Contribute to employer marketing, branding, and efficiency projects
• Help with employee retention and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
