Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Human Resource Executive with payroll experience to join our global electronics component manufacturing client’s HR team in Singapore. You will work with Location Managers and country HR teams to execute HR programs in line with policies and Head Office guidelines.

You will support HR strategies, manpower planning reviews, and HR administration, generating periodic reports and ensuring compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required.
• Diploma holders with strong HR experience may be considered.
• 1 year payroll experience preferred as stated in the job title.

Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies with Managers and Country HR teams.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, metrics).
• Handle SG payroll and verify payroll for other countries.
• Assist with HR policies, programs and compliance.

This role works closely with Location Managers, Country HR teams, and the HR Business Partner to ensure effective execution of HR programs, policies, and processes in line with business needs and Head Office guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Business

• Support Managers and Country HR teams in HR strategies
• Support manpower planning reviews

HR Administration & Reporting

• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics)
• Assist in CSR audits preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions
• Help monitor workplace health, safety, and compliance matters

Payroll

• Payroll - Take on SG payroll and Payroll verification of other countries

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required
• Diploma holders with strong HR experience may be considered
