Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Data Analyst to support data clean-up and analysis within Total Rewards. Candidates should have a minimum of Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or business, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and the opportunity to work with different teams.

Job description

• Support data clean-up and analysis for Total Rewards and Benefits, including consolidating information across business units and validating details in templates
• Contribute 50% of time to data-related work for the People Excellence team, focusing on HR operations
• Take part in upcoming project work with opportunities to broaden scope and responsibilities
• Learn and grow through hands-on exposure to both rewards/benefits and HR operations
• Work closely with different teams, gaining a wide view of HR processes and practices
• Develop strong skills in data handling, validation, and reporting while supporting key HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource or business with at least 1-2 years of HR Data Analysis or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel Skills
