Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is seeking a reliable Payroll & HR Administrator to manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, overtime and final salary, while keeping accurate employee records. This role also supports recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and work pass renewals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you have experience with MOM, CPF, IRAS compliance and government claims, plus strong organizational skills. 5-day work week and AWS-based bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and HR record maintenance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and final salary.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals
• Manage probation, resignations and HR documents.
• Arrange training and process government claims.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF and IRAS requirements.
• Support HR projects, staff events and office administration.
• Manage management's schedules, meetings and travel.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.
