Job summary

You will support onboarding, requirement gathering, solution planning, and user training, with training provided. No prior HubSpot expertise is required as coaching is offered; strong communication and logical thinking are important. The role spans CRM implementation, automation setup, dashboard creation, data mapping, and client collaboration across projects with close guidance from HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering meetings with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into practical HubSpot solutions with the team.
• Assist with onboarding, CRM configuration, and automation setup.
• Coordinate projects and track timelines across multiple clients.
• Support client training and post-launch adoption.
• Create dashboards and reports for clients.
