Job summary

WongPartnership LLP in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support graduate recruitment and internship programmes within the Human Capital team.

You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage candidate pipelines via ATS, and assist with onboarding interns, while collaborating with universities and internal stakeholders to attract high-potential early-career talent.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proactive, self-driven with initiative.
• Collaborative team player across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end graduate recruitment and internship programmes.
• Plan, coordinate and run recruitment events (career fairs, seminars, teas).
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS progression.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding of interns and trainees.
• Maintain relationships with universities and law schools.
• Support campus publicity and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines from authorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of applications and activities.
• Support other ad-hoc HR functions as needed.
