Qualifications

• Engineering knowledges. Preferably with Facilities Management knowledges
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Support Managers and AOs in daily routine activities, regular meetings, A&A works, and conduct daily checks (facilities & cleanliness) of infrastructure and any ad-hoc Cargo BU events and any tasks assigned by HOD or RO
• Assist the team in managing user requests of repair and procurement and assist in projects implementation
• Coordinate, monitor closely with building custodian/vendor on repair status of infrastructures
• Assist in compiling of statistics for reporting (e.g., downtime, reliability, performance) and analysis
• Assist in manpower status update, minutes-taking
