Job summary

Dialog Plant Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to oversee workplace safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement of safety management systems at project sites.

You will supervise HSE activities on site, conduct regular inspections, investigate incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate with contractors and Group HSE to ensure effective safety practices and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Valid WSHC certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of the WSH Act and related regulations.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HSE at job sites and lead daily toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with contractors to enforce safety rules and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and report unsafe acts promptly.
• Assist in investigating incidents, prepare reports, and recommend mitigations.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports while liaising with Group HSE.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Perform additional HSE duties as assigned to support safety goals.
