Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Temp to manage HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll for APAC locations. This role bridges operations and strategy, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate payroll processing across multiple countries.

The position partners with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, delivering timely payroll and HRIS support. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HRIS/payroll with experience in leading HR data management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS and payroll administration.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, wage and hour laws, and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure data accuracy, security, and up-to-date records.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 9 APAC countries, including timekeeping, deductions, bonuses, and compliance.
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR and payroll reports for HR, Finance, and management.
• Monitor payroll laws and regulations; prepare documentation for audits and ensure legal compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll inquiries.
