Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in systems, ERP, reporting, dashboards, or business applications.
• Exposure to SAP HCM, Power BI, workflow tools, or enterprise platforms is useful.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Interested in moving into HRIS, HR technology or digital HR transformation.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain the SAP HCM environment, clean up legacy workflows and data, and build dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive HR digitalisation projects across the organisation.
• Work across SAP HCM, HR data, reporting, automation and new HR tools, partnering with HR and IT teams.
