Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a capable HRIS Analyst to gather business requirements, lead UAT, and coordinate with vendors to roll out HR technology solutions across Singapore’s public healthcare cluster.

You will validate HRIS change requests, manage authorisation roles, and generate reports to support daily HR operations while building digital capabilities and delivering training for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/HR/Eng/Bus/Science.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRIS.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors and Synapxe to ensure successful system rollouts and timely issue resolution.
• Review HRIS change requests, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and address system problems promptly.
• Attend to staff queries and manage HRIS authorisation roles and reports as required.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, keep eLearning content current, and identify automation opportunities.
