Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of ownership.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid project management skills.
• Business-level fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for SG HR projects including talent and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different functions.
• Build Singapore-based engineering culture through program design.
