Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Project Intern to support the Global HR initiatives in Singapore. You will assist with talent and engagement projects, help track data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid project management skills.
• Business-level fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid project management skills
• Business-level fluency in English and Chinese.

As daily communication with the China regional business team is required, Chinese proficiency serves as the foundation for smooth cross-regional collaboration.
