Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking an Early Careers Project Intern to support the planning and execution of internship and campus engagement initiatives across the region. You will gain hands-on exposure to program coordination, event management, and campus recruitment operations while enhancing intern experience.

This role offers the chance to contribute to real programs, develop practical skills, and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates pursuing a degree in business, HR, psychology, marketing, mass communication or related field.
• Interest in campus recruitment, talent programs, or program management.
• Commitment of at least 4 days/week starting 4 Jan 2027 for 4–6 months.
• Experience with Canva.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of intern engagement initiatives, including sessions and events.
• Coordinate logistics for intern-related events (scheduling, materials, virtual/on-site).
• Maintain internship program data and dashboards tracking participation and outcomes.
• Provide operational support for internship registration and documentation processes.
