Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a leader to drive HR transformation across the organisation, optimising policies, systems and workflows through innovation and digitalisation to improve service delivery, user experience and operational efficiency.

You will design HR processes, re-engineer workflows, engage agencies and vendors, and leverage HR technology to enable adoption in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage HR business process projects from conceptualisation to rollout
• Review and re-engineer workflows to improve efficiency, compliance and service delivery
• Engage HR agencies, business units and vendors to implement initiatives, resolve issues and enable adoption
• Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with multiple HR agencies across the organisation while managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholder needs
• Staying current with evolving HR policies, technologies and best practices while managing ambiguity to ensure smooth adoption of new or revised HR initiatives
