Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a Programme/Project Manager to support HR digitalisation efforts, overseeing stakeholder engagement, resource oversight, risk, schedule, and contract management, and performance reporting for the programme and service desk support.

You will coordinate sessions, support workforce planning, manage asset lifecycle of HR systems, monitor risks, CRs, and ensure timely delivery while navigating multiple workstreams and vendor timelines in a dynamic

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work experience in programme or project management.
• Exposure to stakeholder management, risk management, contract administration, or IT systems management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement sessions and communicate key management decisions across teams.
• Support workforce planning and oversee asset stock-taking and lifecycle management of HR systems and project assets.
• Identify, assess, and monitor programme risks, develop mitigating strategies, and manage compliance evidence consolidation and annual RICE returns.
• Work with contractors to maintain the programme schedule, track Change Request (CR) impact assessments, and monitor CR progress.
• Oversee project deliverables documentation.
• Track and report on programme performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Navigate multi-workstream environments with stakeholders, vendors, and timelines.
• Evaluate unforeseen issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions under deadlines.
