Job summary

Grifols invites applications for an HR Trainee internship in Singapore. You will support APAC HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training administration. The role offers exposure to regional projects and cross‑regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager APAC in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and HR administration.
  • Aid in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs across APAC.
  • Collaborate with HR team to resolve employee queries and issues promptly.
  • Engage with HR headquarters on regional projects to enhance processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with regional HR colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistency.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation for schedules, locations, contracts, and training permits.
  • Support training announcements documentation and process for bonuses.
  • Attend meetings and help document discussions and actions.
  • Contribute to projects by researching and analyzing data to improve HR practices.

Join our Singapore office team as an HR Trainee.

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist the HR Manager APAC in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
  • Aid in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of employee queries and issues.
  • Engage with the HR headquarters team to contribute to regional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, systems, and practices.
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues from different regions to gather insights, share best practices, and ensure consistency in HR operations across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee documentation related to schedule requests, location requests, contract types, and Individual Training Permits.
  • Support in the management of documentation for training announcements and facilitate the process to ensure employees receive bonuses accordingly.
  • Participate in various meetings such as business needs discussions, employee committee meetings, and exit interviews, contributing insights and helping to document key discussions and action items.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.
