Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes based on organisational needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for health-related workshops, talks and wellbeing campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee
• Prepare and submit relevant incident reports within stipulated timelines
• Support initiatives to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes
• Plan and execute employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
• Develop strategies to strengthen employee morale, satisfaction and retention
• Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Conduct mental wellness surveys, evaluate outcomes and coordinate follow-up initiatives
• Support broader Talent Management activities including culture development, leadership development, performance management and HR projects
