Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Talent Management Executive to contribute to wellbeing, engagement and performance management across the organisation. You will design, implement and evaluate wellbeing programmes, and manage vendor relationships for health-related initiatives, while supporting the Health & Wellbeing Committee.

Working hours are Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.45pm, at the Novena workplace, focusing on cutting-edge employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives to boost

Qualifications

• Degree in Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources.
• At least three years of experience in staff grievance, disciplinary cases and employee relations.
• Experience in developing HR matrices and/or dashboards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships for health workshops.
• Provide admin support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee.
• Prepare incident reports to ministries/agencies within timelines.
• Support DHR and managers to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes.
• Plan, organise and execute wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retention.
• Collect, analyse and interpret feedback to identify trends.
• Conduct mental wellness surveys, measure outcomes and follow-up.

Job Description

• Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes by assessing organisational needs and measuring programme effectiveness.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships to deliver health-related workshops, campaigns and talks.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant ministries/agencies within stipulated timelines.
• Support DHR and manager to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes.
• Plan, organise and execute key wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention.
• Collect, analyse and interpret employee feedback to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct mental wellness surveys, measure outcomes, and implement follow-up solutions.

Job Requirements

• Degree, preferably in Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources.
• At least three years of relevant experience in managing staff grievance, disciplinary cases and employees relations.
• Experience in developing HR matrix and/or dashboard is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
