Job summary

Manpower Singapore seeks a HR professional to design and manage regional talent strategies and development programs in Singapore. You will collaborate with group leadership to tailor global strategies for local execution and develop training aligned with business goals.

You will drive onboarding enhancements, cross-department collaboration, and a proactive employee engagement agenda, including culture development and key events like the annual dinner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering talent training programs aligned to business goals.
• Experience planning employee engagement activities, cultural events, and large-scale gatherings including annual dinner.
• Skilled in onboarding optimization, internal communications, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for bilingual workplace communication and documentation.

Job Scope:

• Design and Management of Talent Strategies
• Lead the design and implementation of regional talent and development strategies.
• Collaborate with group leadership to localize overarching strategies, ensuring they are effectively adapted for local contexts.
• Develop and deliver training programs that are closely aligned with specific business objectives and requirements.

Onboarding Process Transformation

• Enhance the onboarding experience by leading cross-departmental collaborations.
• Improve new hire integration and the overall employee journey, resulting in increased engagement and satisfaction.

Employee Engagement and Culture Development

• Strategize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture development programs.
• Manage significant corporate events, including the Annual Dinner, to foster connectivity and strengthen employer branding.
• Internal Communications Management
• Oversee regular internal communications to ensure optimal organizational engagement and alignment.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant HR working experience
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering business-aligned talent training programs
• Experience in planning employee engagement activities, cultural events and large-scale corporate gatherings including annual dinner
• Skilled in onboarding process optimization, internal communication and efficient cross-departmental coordination
• Logical thinking, execution ability and careful, responsible working attitude
• Stress resistance, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of bilingual workplace communication, document editing and cross-departmental coordination smoothly.

Additional Information:

• Salary – Up to S$5.5K per month + 1-month bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis
