Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a Principal Executive, Human Resource to support talent acquisition and onboarding.

You will handle shortlisting, interview arrangements, onboarding, internship programme admin, and stakeholder engagement, including career and internship fairs.

Diploma in any discipline is required; candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Pleasant personality with good communication, written and interpersonal skills as well as keen attention to details.
• Able to interact effectively with staff of different levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews.
• Manage onboarding processes and provide timely administrative support.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders including line managers, staff and candidates.
• Assist in administration of the internship programme: interns’ database, internship mailbox and allowances.
• Participate in career and internship fairs to promote opportunities.
