Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking an HRIS & Systems Support professional in Singapore to handle day-to-day HR systems, including Payroll, Leave, and Attendance modules. You will ensure data accuracy and manage user access while coordinating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HRIS experience, a degree in HR/IS/Business, and strong analytical and communication skills to support reporting, changes, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS/HR applications support.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll, Leave, and Attendance systems.
• Experience with multiple systems/platforms (HRIS, finance/payment tools, vendor platforms).
• Exposure to system integration or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Good communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HR systems and applications (HRIS and platforms).
• Support core HR modules including Payroll, Leave, and Attendance.
• Act as first point of contact for HRIS queries and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations.
• Support HR reporting, events, and administrative tasks.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
