Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. The role demands developing HR policies, coordinating training, and guiding performance reviews across the organisation.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, administer benefits, ensure legal compliance, and maintain HR records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in our manufacturing-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, business administration or related field.
• Proven HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to support HR strategies covering talent acquisition, retention and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Develop and coordinate training and development programmes.
• Plan and coordinate employee performance reviews.
• Analyse compensation and benefits trends and support competitive remuneration programmes.
• Administer employee benefits, including health and life insurance.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary cases, investigations and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organisational charts, job descriptions and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, WSH requirements and HR best practices.
• Keep updated on HR and industry trends and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
