Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support HR Shared Services, focusing on onboarding, offboarding and staff data handling in a high-volume healthcare environment.

The role requires a Diploma in HR or related field, 1–2 years of healthcare HR experience, and strong Excel/data management skills. You will collaborate with HR BP(s) and staff to deliver efficient HR services on site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or Business-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant healthcare HR experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume data with confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for large data sets.
• Organised, meticulous and proactive.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and staff to provide HR services.
• Review, develop and implement HR policies, plans and programmes.
• Enhance on-site experience for new hires and leavers.
• Ensure services comply with policies and legislation.
• Deliver HR activities meeting SLA and KPIs.
