Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, sales or account management.
• Ability to understand client HR needs and communicate effectively.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Strong research and organisational skills to manage multiple assignments.
• Initiative, persistence and adaptability to changing client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their HR needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefings to placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across HR functions through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and qualifications.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration and processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold confidentiality and integrity.
