Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management.
• Interest in Sales & Marketing; willing to develop market knowledge.
• Identify business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, understand their priorities and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities via market research and networking.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: client briefings, sourcing, interviews, offers, placement.
• Build candidate networks across sales, marketing, digital and communications.
• Assess candidates against job requirements and achievements.
• Advise clients on remuneration and recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees within guidelines.
• Collaborate across teams and locations on opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold confidentiality.
• Uphold fair recruitment practices and professional integrity.
