Job summary

Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a contract recruitment specialist to source and screen candidates for bank operations roles in Singapore. You will conduct initial interviews, assess fit, and manage interview coordination and candidate follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, maintain recruitment records, and support candidates through offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of banking operations and related roles.
• Strong communication, coordination and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
