Job summary

Recruit.Com.Sg Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR cum Procurement Executive to support HR and purchasing within a full-service production house. You will oversee payroll, payroll-related compliance, and visa processes while coordinating purchasing and general administrative tasks.

Collaborating with an experienced design team and project managers, you will help deliver smooth operations for clients and ensure policies are applied consistently across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience in HR/payroll and related compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BAS Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and foreign work pass procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and dismissal of employees in coordination with the recruitment company.
• Prepare and sign employment contracts with employees.
• Develop and organize training plans for staff.
• Develop a manpower policy for the company.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower as needed.
• Assist in resolving disputes between the company and employees.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions (IR21/IR8A).
• Manage employee visa and work passes, including expiry, renewal, and conversions.
• Handle purchasing: source suppliers, obtain quotes, place orders, track deliveries.
• Perform general administrative duties and coordinate with suppliers.
