Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) invites applications for its #PPPintern program in the Compensation and Organisational Design team. You will learn to become a critical thinker and build professional expertise by supporting policy formulation and review within the Whole-of-Government context.

You will work with Ministries and Statutory Boards on total rewards strategies, salary reviews, and job grading exercises, while developing data analytics skills using Excel to inform policy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support formulation and review of compensation and organisational design policies for the Singapore Public Service.
• Assist in salary reviews, job grading/evaluation, and cross-cutting HR projects.
• Engage Ministries and Statutory Boards on total rewards strategy and governance.
