• Support CHROO in planning and executing HR strategy and initiatives.
• Assist in learning design and engagement activities for the HR community.
• Help collect, distil data and insights to inform HR decisions and plans.
• Participate in stakeholder coordination across PSD and other public service agencies.
• Contribute to change narratives and communications assets for HR transformation.
