Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of HR operations in high-volume headcount contexts.
• Experience with outsourced manpower is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Able to work in a lean environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding clients/employees and documentation.
• Benefits management including health insurance policies and vendor service quality.
• Employee engagement by responding to inquiries and concerns.
• Support grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Assist in annual performance appraisal process.
• Validate attendance and leave for payroll processing.
