Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a contract-based HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR processes and system administration in a public-sector context.

You will help optimize onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities while serving as the main contact for HR system inquiries. You will maintain HR data accuracy, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation and efficiency improvements in HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Serve as the main contact for HR system and process-related enquiries.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate data and reliable records.
• Review HR workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
• Support system enhancements, workflow implementation and process improvement projects.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and data analyses to support operations and decision-making.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides and process documentation.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve HR service delivery and the employee experience.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects and initiatives.

Public Sector exposure - Join a team supporting HR digitalisation and process improvement within the public sector. You will help improve HR systems, streamline workflows and support day-to-day HR operations.

Role Highlights

• Salary up to $4,200 + 2 months' bonus + AL + Medical Coverage

Key Responsibilities
