Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd – 11C5781 is seeking an HR professional who balances hands-on HR operations with system improvements. You will manage daily HR activities, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor payments while identifying gaps and building smarter workflows.

Based near Labrador Park, the role is 2 days in a hybrid arrangement, with monthly salary up to S$4,500 plus a 2-month bonus and medical plan. Contract is 12 months, renewable.

Enjoy improving processes but are also comfortable handling hands‑on HR operations? You will manage daily HR activities while identifying process gaps, improving systems and building smarter workflows. This role suits someone who enjoys both operational work and solving problems through technology.

• Location: Near Labrador Park MRT
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (2 days Hybrid)
• Salary: Up to $4,500 per month + 2-month bonus + medical Plan
• Contract: 12 months, renewable

What You’ll Be Doing -

HR Operations:

• Support annual HR exercises such as performance reviews, bonus administration and promotions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, claims, vendor payments and other employee matters.
• Respond to HR process and system enquiries.
• Review HR records and transactions to ensure data accuracy.

Systems and Process Improvement:

• Identify repetitive tasks, process gaps and areas for improvement.
• Improve or automate HR workflows using HR systems, digital forms and low-code tools.
• Support HR system administration, including user access and data maintenance.
• Create and update digital forms, workflows, SOPs and system guides.
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
• Support system training, adoption and process changes.
