ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd invites you to join a public-sector HR team as an HR Business Partner, working with divisions to support workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.

This 12-month renewable contract offers a salary up to SGD 5,000 per month plus a 1-month bonus, 18 days of annual leave, medical coverage, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule near Labrador Park MRT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or HR generalist functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with assigned divisions and understand their business and workforce needs.
• Provide strategic HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management and rewards.
• Advise stakeholders on HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies and employee development programmes.
• Contribute to organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence, including Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits, to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Highlight of the role

Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR Business Partnering, you will serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned divisions. You will understand their business and workforce needs, provide practical HR solutions and support initiatives that build an engaged workforce and positive organisational culture.
